elcome to Edible Designs by Jessie. We're a bakery dedicated to the creation of delicious wedding and groom cakes. Our cakes are crafted by Jessie, experienced and respected Pastry Chef and cake decorator. Her skills, and more importantly, her personalized service, are well renowned.

At Edible Designs by Jessie we strive to continue operating on the same principles we established when we first opened our doors:

• We commit to use the highest quality ingredients in every one of our products. Made from scratch cakes, filings, icings and creams are just one of the reasons why our customers give us consistently some of the best reviews in the industry.
• Our cakes and baked products are fresh, never frozen. We do not add preservatives to our cakes, the only way we know to ensure a cake tastes fresh is…make it fresh!.
• We do not have mass production and we never sacrifice quality to increase sales volume. In order to provide personalized service and custom made designs, we limit the number of events we serve. We schedule our deliveries two hours before the event start time.  
• Every cake is the result of a personalized consultation session. Though we have beautiful base designs, brides and grooms always want to add distinct details that make their cake unique. We take to time to incorporate customer ideas and make recommendation to ensure the uniqueness in every design.
